Shipping
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Europe. Most products are in stock and ready to ship within 3 days of purchase. If an item requires additional processing or is not immediately available, the expected shipping timeframe will be stated in the product description.
If you made a mistake with your shipping address, contact us before your order ships and we will correct it at no charge. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or intercept it. If reshipment to the correct address is required, the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
International delivery times vary by destination and are outside our control once the package has been handed to the carrier. Customers outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns / Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, personal preference, or carrier delays once an order has left our hands. Please review all product details, sizing information, and your order carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we will do our best to resolve the issue.
To open a claim, you must:
* Submit the claim within 72 hours of delivery
* Provide clear photo or video evidence
Claims submitted without evidence, submitted after the deadline, or involving normal wear may not be accepted.
Resolution
Each claim is reviewed individually. If a defect or transit damage is confirmed, we will either reship the order at our expense or issue a full refund, at the customer's choice.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We take every concern seriously and will do our best to find a fair resolution. Contacting us first allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
